Everyone from the front desk to the bartender and the wait staff at Chestys and the maids who were so warm and welcoming made this stay one I would recommend to anyone traveling to SF!!!”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”
