“We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have been very happy. The last two years that we have stayed the service has been lacking. If you're staying only one night you're fine. If you stay for more than one-night, good luck in getting clean towels, your trash emptied or your bed changed. The excuses we have been given is that they don't have enough towels because people take them, or enough housekeeping staff. I will say that the housekeeping staff work very hard. These……

“Our stay at the Durango RV Park was great! Our cabin was right on a canal but somehow there weren't a ton of bugs. My kids loved playing in the pool! There were other activities as well, we just didn't get around to doing them. The staff was very helpful and everything was ready for us when we got there. It was super helpful having the small refrigerator and a grill on our deck. Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.”
