“Couldn't check in due to the incompetence of the staff not knowing how to log in to check in guest. Didn't get to stay and had to go to another hotel for the night.”

“Decent place to stay if you are traveling and need an overnight. We were attending the Women's Professional Baseball League game in Springfield, traveling from Iowa. Located on the south side of Lincoln, so convenient to our travel. It is off the beaten path but that's good because it is also very quiet. Recently remodeled. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast standard for hotel chains. Price is right!”

“For the buffet breakfast they had omelettes and sausage patties...Id rather have scrambled eggs or french toast sticks or pancakes....I liked the toasted bagel with cream cheese the best because I haven't had that for a long time. My intended goal for booking in Springfield was not achieved so I left early. There was also no laundry room on-site which was disappointing. On the plus side, they had an iron and a standing ironing board.”

“The water in the shower was nice and hot. The room was clean in general. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor, and the toilet lid was only attached on one side. One half of the toilet paper holder was gone, already ripped out of the wall. We got to breakfast about 10 minutes before it ended: no mini muffins left, only one kind of bagels to toast, just one apple in the three fruit baskets. We had stayed here in the past and it was fine, but the building is older now and we won’t be……
