“Breakfast buffet provided enough variety to satisfy our preferences. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were unable to get any cold water, which was odd, but we reported it to the front desk when we left. Parking was too expensive so I parked across the street in the garage under the museum. Front desk staff was very friendly.”

“This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. We found them short, dismissive & a little bit argumentative when it came to the parking garage parking. In the……

“I enjoy the location. We have 4 people and the sofa bed is not comfortable. Breakfast is ok, think can slight with some more choices. Overall we enjoyed the stay but we just didn't have a good sleep due to the bed and pillow.”

“Unfortunately, this was not a good stay as a long time Hilton Honors member. Our first room had inoperable lights, TV, and hotel phone. We were then moved into a new room where the hotel phone was still inoperable and the AC unit sound was unbearable to sleep through. ”
