“The staff is very kind and helpful. Very pleased with the onsite restaurant, staff was accommodating and gracious. We loved the food and service was best we have had. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The kids enjoyed the pool area…it has a nice size pool, hot tub, swallow pool and a “water park” feature for kids. We would go back for sure. Good to know: It’s an older facility with outside door access only. No elevator.”

“Stayed here as we went to Holiday World. The hotel is secluded which isnt bad but the area around has a lot of trash laying around. The front desk was pleasant to work with. The room was an issue as the AC unit was making a horrible noise. The remote control buttons did not correspond to the TV. The sink was clogged. When we got ice, we found a bug that was in the ice and unfortunately we ate some already... The pull out bed was stuffed with a random blanket to the point where you couldn't sit……

“I showed up an hour after check in. Check in was a little longer than normal which was fine. When I was given my key for room 103 I opened the door to a filthy room from previous guests. I went back up front where I stood with my two large bags and the dress I was carrying. I was standing at the counter while the two men tried to figure out a room for me. While I was standing waiting I was told to sit down while they continued to figure it out. Instead of giving me a different room they told me……

“There were stains on the floor and in the sheets. Breakfast area gets too crowded for everyone to have space.”
