“Excellent service, tell as how to go around all the attractions. And friendly staff. Room is clean. But not the spa in the hotel is not as good as what I expected. Have had the spa in the hotel, it is a terrible experience. Not recommend to try. ”

“Great hotel and perfect for those going on a cruise at the cruise terminal!”

“Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.”

“The staff was friendly and the room was lovely.”

“The room was beautiful and spacious . Great location near restaurants and 7-minute walk from the tram! The city view room can be loud at night due to local nightlife.”

“Great experience”

“Great location with wonderful views across to Topkapi and Hagia Sophia”

“The location was excellent and probably the only good thing about our stay. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a very strong, unpleasant smell, which immediately gave us a bad first impression. The room did not feel fresh or welcoming at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. After a long day, the least you expect is a clean, comfortable room where you……

“Tidy and neat room. Excellent staff. Best choice for budgetary trip.”
