“From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed. There was a small gift in the room and another on leaving. A nice touch. The staff on the front desk and bar/breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to please us with advice and recommendations, as well as cheerful comments. The room was always clean. A larger quilt would have been nice on the bed, but I'm sure if we'd asked, they would have given us an extra one. The hotel is 5 minutes from the tram and……
