“This home was absolutely amazing!! Everything about it was great from the furniture to the beach towels. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Charleston and the surrounding area. It is a short drive to both Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Folly Beach!! Thank for your hospitality!! Had a great visit!! ”

The amenity card was pricey—300 for the week, and we only ate within the resort 3 times over the week as most everything is closed on Sunday/Mondays.The condo was clean and had a nice assortment of kitchen amenities, pots/pans, etc. We loved riding rental bikes around and walking on the beach, especially seeing many dolphins very close to the shore. “Place as described but had 2 beach chairs, flour, sugar and spices too. Nice outdoor table and indoor table, 2 folding chairs. We had wasp issues outdoors which the managers quickly disposed of for us. Screened porch great. Very clean but some outdoor furniture needs TLC. Immediate response to emails. We will be back!!! ”

“We really enjoyed our time at this property. We have been coming to Kiawah Island for a while and a lot of our previous rentals felt cramped on space. That was not the case with this property. All three rooms are the perfect size for our guests (my husband and I, my older mother, and our 11yo) and more. The common area was especially accommodating. We prepped most lunches and cooked most dinners at the condo and the kitchen worked out just fine for this. We also used the washer and dryer a few...

“The location is perfect for a beach vacation. The property is the same as the photos on the rental site. It needs some TLC-the bathroom shower head and sink faucet need to replaced and the bathroom it self needs to be painted. The carpet in the living room needs a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen needs new silverware including steak knives and utensils. ”
