“The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows……

Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. “Be careful with upgrades and extra charges at check-in, especially if you are helped by Stacy. She was very nice and friendly, but some important pricing details were not explained clearly. She upgraded us to a suite for an additional charge, which was fine, but she also added valet parking and never clearly explained that it was $45 per day. The way everything was presented made it sound like a much smaller extra cost, so the final bill was a surprise. I would highly recommend asking detailed……

“We loved our stay. 2 bedroom village on the 2nd floor. Easy to see when the pools weren't busy, great view of the ocean, perfect location for the Resort. There is a complimentary Trolly that takes you to Whalers Village and Safeway. Everyone was really nice. Room was clean, perfect vacation. Thank you!”
