Great place!

This loft was a great place to stay for the USAV national volleyball tournament. It was clean and the perfect size for us. Walking distance to the convention center and several nearby food options without having to fight the crowds at P&L.

Great Location. Great space

We attended a concert at the Midland Theater and wanted a place to stay that was walking distance to the show. This place checked that box and more. Street parking was super easy to find, communication was top notch, the unit is super clean and furnished thoughtfully. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Great KC Spot!

We had a wonderful time staying at this loft for our recent KC trip! It comfortably slept two couples & was within walking distance from a grocery store, several shops/restaurants & the free KC streetcar route. The building felt secure, quiet & had all the amenities we needed for our 4-5 days there. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful loft. It was spacious, airy, and stocked with everything we could need. Our host, Olivia, was extremely accomodating as well. I would definitely stay here, or any of their other properties, again!

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect for our family of three. It was super comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with staff was very professional and timely. The location was perfect for us to easily walk around the area and enjoy shops and restaurants. We had a great dinner at Savoy Grill just two blocks away and returned to enjoy a balmy evening on the rooftop patio. Amazing stay!!

The property is in a prime location downtown. The loft was incredibly clean and well decorated. Property owners were easy to contact and they were willing to help at any time.

The bed linens smelled like perfumed laundry detergent. Bad! Perhaps consider fragrance free in the future. Over all good experience and convenient to convention center.

Guys Golf Trip

5 of us stayed in 2 apartments. Apartments were very nice looking and clean. Location to Power and Lights was excellent. Communication with owner(manager) was easy. rooftop deck was the best part... we played cornhole. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful experience. We had a tournament at the Convention center and the walk was a straight stretch. It didn’t take us 2 min to get there. The check in process was very easy. Parking was so nice. We went on the weekend so we were able to park right up front for free until we checked out on Monday. Olivia was great. She messaged and checked on us upon arrival. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely stay again when we return to Kansas City.

My neice and I traveled to Kansas City to attend a concert. The property was easy to find. The instructions we received to check in were very accurate and east to follow. The loft was very clean and neat. It was very well appointed and decorated. It was very peaceful and we felt safe. During our stay my neice found a couple of cute restaurants to walk to. We also ortdered pizza delivery at 11:30! We drove to shopping. We ubered back and forth to the concert. Check out was a breeze. Our host was in contact the entire stay. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting Kansas City and this property again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Galentine’s

We booked this loft for our Galentine’s get together and we had an incredible time! The host was so accommodating, especially when we had a minor issue. They were able to move us around thankfully, and we had a fantastic stay!!! Such a great vibe and a beautiful loft!! we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in KC!!!
