Response time to questions prior to our booking and arrival was extremely fast. The home is beautiful and you can tell the owners took pride in their renovation. “Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.”
