“No hot water for two showers in the late afternoon; the first day it went cold while I was in there and the next day it was getting warm so I got in, and as soon as I got in, cold again. I called and they said they would check it out. I assume they came the next day, no one communicated with me about it after that. For the exorbitant price I thought they might offer some type of compensation. ”

“The Conch house was a treasure to stay at. We loves the staff, the room, the historical preservation, the story of Sam's family and the guests we met. Best of all, we took Mass across the street on Sunday in open air, walked to the beach and the Marina many times. We'll be back. A very Happy Valentine's indeed. ”

“Property is very nice. We prefer smaller places and the Orchid was a perfect spot. All rooms were ground level. Pool, hot tub, with a cozy and fun little bar with snacks during the day and nice simple breakfast every morning. Staff was very friendly from check in, cleaning staff and the different bartenders. The property is clean, well maintained and decorated very tastefully. Walking distance to so may fun places to eat, shop and find fun experiences. We will be back. ”

“No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep……

“Perfect location, could walk to everything. Staff was so friendly, breakfast was good. Nice to have coffee available all day and the happy hour was a nice bonus. Our room was not with the other units, it was next to the lobby building above a massage therapy. Our room could have used updating and cleaning. It was large and comfortable but a little below status we were expecting. ”

“Overall it was great. The rooms were a little too small. Alexis was fantastic. She couldn’t have been nicer and took care of whatever we needed. ”
