“Nice location with beautiful views of Smokey mountains. A bit of a narrow winding road to get to it. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is small but serviceable. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils limited but ok for basic dinners (spaghetti, etc). Overall satisfying and a great value. ”

“PROS-The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, we didn't need it but the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The apartment had 2 bathroom which for 4 people was nice. Bedding and apartment was clean. TV had cable and roko which was nice. CONS-Little money is used to keep the apartment up, the shower rod is rusted out, the deck needs cleaned possibly redone, there's an outdoor rug in the bedroom. Things that could be easily fixed to make the apartment better. I……

“This was a great property, very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, hiking trails and literally 5 minutes from Ober Mountain, with scenic views on the drive in either direction. The condo was a perfect size for our small family of 3. The clubhouse and pool on property was great for entertainment during downtimes. ”

“Overall property was in need or better repair. Bed in guest room wobbled and unsecured. Tables in the Living Room wobbled. Kitchen was very small and not very functional. Appliances were subpar. TV in Main Bedroom did not work well and the remotes were falling apart. You would press a button on the remote and there was a lag time before the channel changed and sometimes the TV would just go back to the main screen on its own. Sink in Guest Bath was leaking. We had to put down a towel. ……

“We enjoyed the condo. It was decorated with “beary” nice decor announcing you are in the Smoky Mtns. The bed was comfortable & the condo had all of the basics needed for a short stay. It was all very neat & clean. Definitely close to lots of attractions & restaurants. We would stay there again.”

“Unit was clean but kitchen was not equipped, beds were so hard our backs hurt that we had to use our air beds, and we felt nervous being the only ones in the building the whole time we were there. Location was good but the view was bad as we could only see the messy dirty pool in the front and an empty lot full of weeds in the back. ”
