“Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights. Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio.”
