“During checkout, the alarm in the room would not stop ringing. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night, and we had already informed Quinn that he would add an extra night for us. However, Nicolas did not even wait a few minutes before making a new online reservation for another night. The customer service was catastrophic.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was very warm, but a hotel of that age can't be expected to have aircon so it was mitigated with fans. Staff were excellent throughout and sorted any minor niggle i had. Would highly recommend.”

“Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious.”

A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay……

“This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.”
