“Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Provided hairdryer, terrible. Rang before visit to ask if there was shampoo & conditioner, told yes to both but actually was only conditioner so had to go out and buy. Had to request 2nd bathrobe, no facility to call to reception ”

The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”
