“Very well stocked, clean and conveniently located”

“The condo wasnt ready. We texted the owners since we didnt receive our access code. We arrived in Galveston at 11 am to not be able to get into our condo until after 8 pm after going to the property twice to find the owner still there was very inconvenient. There were no kleenex, a half of a role of paper towels, no broom or dust pan. We found the condo exterior and lobby were under construction also and we received no notice of this. Hammering and drilling was daily all day. Naps were difficult……

“The host was communicative and the amenities were fine. Just a lot of little inconveniences- nonworking tv remote, no bulb in bedside lamp, shower was difficult to understand and the hot water didn’t last very long. Also I don’t think anyone could comfortably sleep on that pull out couch.”
