“Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Property was centrally located. Pool light became disconnected and was hanging by wires into the pool. Staff shut it down quickly due to safety. ”

“The room was clean. A little dated. The beds were really comfy. We arrived at breakfast at 830,it was mediocre. We had to ask for more sausage and one man had to ask for more eggs and coffee. It was no well stoked, the employee may have had other duties but wasn’t taking the best care of the breakfast ”

“My friend and I needed a hotel for 3 nights to visit a family in the area. We checked in late and a lovely couple met us to give us the key. The building is older but well kept and very clean. The room we had appeared to be updated. The shower was nice, towels, coffee pot with cups and small packages of sugar/creamer etc. I will say it was VERY clean. We were very comfortable. It's not the Four Seasons but it was exactly what we had hoped for in this northern Maine area. We will be staying there……

“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. This is a get away spot, I recommend, part of which what is not there makes it special. Waldon Pond in a field! I could easly spend a week there doing my writing & a artistic……
