“This was just as described, beautiful brand new condo only blocks from the beach! Everything you need is there in the house that you would need in your own home/kitchen.I would recommend bringing something to tow your beach chairs and boogie boards in like a wagon. The host was easy to communicate with and very available! Only a small recommendation is to list the other bedrooms as pullout beds and not queen beds. Just in case somebody has any health issues otherwise they were comfortable...

“Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids. ”

“My famiily had a memorable stay at the Cozy Beach Retreat. The house itself is very clean & comfortable. The highlight of course was the swimming pool. We also enjoyed being close to the beaches at Island Beach State Park and Ocean Gate. We would definitely stay again!”

“Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner was very responsive, house was clean and they provided everything you need. A huge bonus is the 2 car garage, plus a street parking permit. In addition to the park, the 6 beach passes was fantastic. These two perks really save you a ton of money you’d otherwise spend. ”

“We visited long branch for a concert and college visit with our teens. The kids enjoyed biking to the beach and local areas to eat. The loft area was great for them to stay however the listing stated a queen and full bed in the loft but there was a queen with a twin instead. We had a blow up mattress packed so that wasn’t too big an issue. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and kitchen items for us. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Beautiful home for a family reunion. We were 20 people and had plenty of room. Love the peaceful town of ocean grove. Owner was always available and attentive to our questions and needs. This home was lovely, spacious and accommodating. We loved the short walk to beach and into town. ”
