“Bathroom had roaches. We even showed the front desk a video of a live roach on its back on their bathroom floor with its legs moving. The clerk denied the hotel had roaches and kept repeating hotel policy when we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund.
There was also active police activity right outside their front entrance, on their lot, during our stay, which made things feel even more uncomfortable.
Thankfully Expedia stepped in and helped us get a refund for the remaining……

“My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. Hopefully people respect the no smoking rules and the hotel can somehow clean the room to……

“The worse place to stay. Very old and run down. The pictures online are very deceiving. The place was a dump.
Got locked in the bathroom at 4:30am. Had to call in the maintenance guy to drill out the door knob to get out. Was trapped for 1.5 hours.
