“Plenty of parking next to hotel room. In my case I could see my motorcycle from the hotel window. Large well appointed clean room with excellent en suite. Lovely views over surrounding hills. Cozy pub with real fire. Good full English breakfast and friendly staff. All good thanks and would stay again. ”

“Brunswick House is in a great location in Middleton in Teesdale. Everything was first class, the room was cozy and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. Andrew was a charming host and nothing was room much trouble. Everything you could need is catered for. From drying out wet boots to a warming bath. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The area is beautiful, there is lots to do. Highly recommend.”

“The room was spotless, you can tell it was recently renovated. The amenities were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps we’ve ever had at a hotel. The breakfast the next day was phenomenal, there is good choice. We went for the vegetarian breakfast and those veggie sausages were top class! Kids also loved the pancakes. All in all a very pleasant stay, the finishing touches on the refurbishment are all high quality, and the food is clearly sourced from the...

“Staff went the extra mile to accomodate our unorthodox arrival time. Room was small (we had been well warned!) but had everything we needed. Fresh milk provided with morning coffee - a really nice toich!”

“The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B ”
