“Loads of choice from fresh fruit and yogurt to full English. What stood out the most tho was the staff. Never have we been anywhere with such nice friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Spot on! ”

“Breakfast at the white hart was excellent with a good choice, service was also excellent. Good choice of ales at the bar with the food being exceptional, best in Hawes. Rooms lovely and roomy with plenty of hot drink choices also bottles of water. Bathroom very clean with good shower. In a nutshell we couldn't have got better in Hawes.”

“There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. ”

“This was our 2nd stay. Staff friendly room was great. Rooms nice and warm on a cold December night looking out over market square. Staff great so honest I lost my ring and it was found in the room. I was so grateful the ring was so sentimental to me. I emailed the owner Jon and he replied straight away. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The Punchbowl Inn was a lovely pub to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the dales. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again.”

“Runa farm was excellent the cottage was amazing we had a lovely Xmas dinner with all our family I added an extra basic room before checkin , which was upgraded to a room right next to the cottage with Jacuzzi. Was a very nice treat from runa farm which made our stay even better will be booking next year definitely ”
