“We stayed on 3rd floor. The room was large, nicely decorated, had a huge walk in shower, high wood plank ceilings and wood beams. There was a filtered water dispenser which was nice for coffee. We are not casino people but it was within easily walking distance. Our stay at The Laurel was excellent. ”

I forgot the young man's name who drove the shuttle, but he was so fun. Julie at the front desk was a great representative of the hotel. Next time I come to see a concert at the casino in town I will definitely be booking the Holbrook hotel!”

Well at least let them know that they appreciate people that stayed there. is more than just staying in a room to bring business interact with your guest. Let them know what they do and don’t like to bring in more business. go the extra step or the extra mile that’s what normal people would do.”
