“Location was good. Staff was not well trained in their job responsibilities. Cleaning staff did not report small maintenance issues so the room had three issues: 1. No toilet paper holder so paper rolling around on the floor 2. Bed was not secured and when I went to sit on bed it slid away and I almost fell on floor in an ADA room. 3.
