The house was centrally located within minutes of anything one would need or desire to eat. It is well maintained as well as the outside property. The Heated Saltwater Pool was GREAT!!! We have several friends in the Punta Gorda area and stayed 2 weeks in the house. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. No noisy neighbors. Every night was a perfect nights sleep on very comfortable mattresses. "

"We had a great week at this home located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It’s fully equipped with anything you may need. Very clean, spacious, easy check in / out process. We had great weather and spent a lot of time out on the lanai. The lanai feels very private and the pool is a great size. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The owners are easily accessible and will do whatever they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. We would definitely stay again."
