“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well. The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. The apartment is located in Old Québec near a few……
