“It's spacious and convenient.”

“I was actually very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the beautiful coastal views were a real highlight. The underground car park was also very convenient, with a lift providing direct access to the hotel. However, when my family was leaving, our car battery suddenly went flat. We asked the hotel reception for help, but unfortunately, the staff appeared rather cold and unhelpful. I really hope this was not simply because we had already checked……
