“The property was in a nice neighborhood but was not clean as it should be. The host stated that the cleaners had been there since 10:30 am cleaning. They clearly did a rush job. The refrigerator, tub and toilets were not clean. I sent pictures to the host. She offered to have the cleaners come back out, which is unsatisfactory as they should have completed their job correctly the first time.
