“This appears to be a property managed by a Property Management company.Location was ideal for our needs. Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October. “Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it.
