"The sink in the bathroom was unusually low, despite not requesting a handicapped accessible room. The breakfast area was a bit difficult to find… I had to ask for assistance but otherwise, fine. 4/5 stars :)"

5/5 Excellent
"The hotel was well maintained and clean. That is refreshing for a change compared to other franchises. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a really nice stay. There are a couple points that are minor but could use some improvements. The breakfast was a little lacking. Limited choices and could use more protein every morning. The AC unit is very loud. Not much can be done avout that. Also, the thermostat was located directly across from the unit. This caused the unit to turn off before the room actually reached the set temperature. "

"The property itself is decent, the parking lot could use some work, maybe making some flat space or dips in the sidewalk between the lot and entrance to make it easier to load luggage on the dolly could be a step in the right direction. Smells in the hallway were pretty typical, smells like weed, but the inside of the rooms are not affected in the slightest, room was clean top to bottom. And I was very impressed by the pool, clean, no overpowering chlorine smell, and very good temperature. Only trouble I could foresee is the exercise room is also located in a small enclosed room within the pool area, so the access could be limited by the pool area hours. Overall great and quiet stay. "

"People outside front door when we arrived/ very loud boombox . Next morning the same and smoking weed. Staff needs to pay closer attention to what goes on outside. Not a good look for the hotel."

"The hotel was very nice, the food was very good, & there was entertainment. Felt uncomfortable walking to a restaurant in the same neighborhood. But would definitely stay there again & stay inside the facility. "

"It was clean and quiet. Had my doubts at first when she said that there was going to be a live band. Little disappointed that you have to pay for breakfast. "
