“At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment……
