“I booked this hotel thru expedia for the wrong date mistakenly. I made the booking on 9/12/26 at 10pm for what i thought was the 13th to the 14th. I accidentally booked it for the 12th the same day. I tried to cancel seconds later it wouldn't let me. I called the hotel they told me to speak to expedia. Expedia told me they spoke to the hotel and they will not give a refund. I think that's terrible business to keep the money and not refund it and i was trying to cancel within the first 5 minutes……

“We reserved an apartment three people. There were two beds in the bedroom that had no windows in them. The Murphy bed in the living room area was blocked by a heavy glass table that could not be moved anywhere else in the living room due to there was no room. Very uncomfortable. The pool area was extremely crowded but best yet there were no bathrooms down in the pool area. Would not go there again.”
