“Colton was an excellent host!!!!! His communication was quick and professional! The boathouse is s great thing to experience if you haven't done so! For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! Just bring extra blankets or comforter with you cause it does get cold from being right on the water but other than thst the trip was perfect!”

“My daughter and her friends took their first solo “adult” trip. They told me the house was perfect for them. I very much appreciate that Hector stayed in contact with them. I felt like I had someone close by watching out for this group. They felt safe so I felt more comfortable. Great host. Great property. “Only window to open is bathroom as permanent fan system occupies main window, so very little fresh air. Kitchenette is not actually stocked to make coffee or tea, despite machines. No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited. Great support and contact with owners and staff. Great location but after work hours all street parking left me 2 blocks away. Decent small convenient market and……
