Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit

Poor. No room to me when I arrived.
The didn't reserved the room to me even I'd fully paid & confirmed by Hotels.com. The receptist is very impolite and just asked me to go to anther hotel which need 15 min driving time.

The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. Spotless modern room. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. Kept up to date via the app and with WhatsApp. Everything explained thoroughly and even had little check ups via text to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back. It was all lovely

Great value hotel Large rooms with kitchenette. I only stayed one of my two nights I had read the reviews wrong and thought it was dog friendly which it is not.The wonderful bar restaurant next door is though. The lymedale bar restaurant next door is wonderful.Fabulous food and friendly folk.
