Mountains are calling.

Fun day <3
Driving toward the eastern front of the Sierra Nevada in The Owens Valley. Behind those clouds--a rare May snowstorm at the high elevations--is Mount Whitney, until 1959 the tallest peak in the United States. When Alaska became a state in that year, Mt. Whitney fell to number 12. I climbed the 14,505ft/4,421m peak twice as a Boy Scout.

A nice clean basic hotel. I always enjoy when a place provides Kleenex. Only issue was WiFi was weak and very slow, making it hard to get work done.
