“No elevator to 2nd floor. The A/C leaked all over the floor. They mopped it up but it leaked again overnight. Curtains were badly torn and ripped. Soap was 1-1/2” x 1/4” and did not make lather. Breakfast had no eggs or even fake scrambled eggs.”
