"When I arrived i was greeted by Kyle who check me and my family into our hotel. He never asked me i wanted to smoking or non smoking. When we go to the room on the 6th floor it smelled like which I have asthma. And the view outside from the window was terrible we was looking at a brick wall… and the light by the main closet did not turn on and th toilet ran all night for no reason… i was so disappointed after being recommended to stay there. I would not come back…"

"I usually stay at Hard Rock but this time around we stayed at Resorts. After reading some reviews I somewhat skeptical of the property and what it had to offer. However, our room was clean, spacious, and I would definitely stay here again. I checked in online and got a text right away saying that my room was ready, but a check-in fee may apply. I went to the front desk and if I got the key is before 2 PM they would’ve charged a $25 early check-in fee. At Hard Rock if your room is ready early they will let you in without charging you. The pool was nice and warm and since I was there for a bachelorette party it was nice that it was adults only from 2-6 but if I had my kids with me I would be upset with those hours. If you get a players card parking is free…another added bonus. I love their seasonal pop up bar…so much fun! Price wise you can’t beat this hotel. I paid $240 for one night at Resorts and a room at Hard Rock was going for about $500\. Can’t beat the hotel. Looking forward to our next visit. "
