"It was good "

"This is super convenient to Rocket arena which is why we stayed here and have stayed him probably 6 or 7 times in the last 2 years. Our room stunk like cigars, the shower was disgusting and the floor needed a sweep. I talked to the front desk they said they could move us to a king no couch, it was me and my 2 sons, they said they would clean it when we went to the game. That didnt happen and by the time we came back it was 1030 and we were tired. I mentioned to front desk in the morning and got blown off. I was not looking for a handout just some kind of apology. "

"Staff was fantastic—welcoming and attentive. However, management needs to fix broken toaster in breakfast room, clogged drain in shower, assortment of non-working coffee makers, empty soap dispensers, remotes that don’t work,…"

"My toilet seat was completely off I had to call front desk to fix it. When I walked out my room I smelled sewage. The furniture in the room had rips in it. Also valet caused my car battery to die when I came out to get my car the passenger door was open. Don’t must’ve stayed open all night. Also my passenger window stop rolling down.. "
