I would give the property a 3 star. The property is dated and could smell the dog scent when entering the building and elevator. The price is two high for the rooms according to the rooms. When I tried checking in they tried to charge me an additional resort fee of 67.00. I Let them know I already paid all owed. I do not ever plan to stay there again

The property is located on a beautiful marina with awesome scenery. The hotel exudes plenty of old school charm and luxurious appointments. The staff were very personable. The pool area is very attractive with nice secluded areas for romantic ambiance. My only displeasure was the room was in need of upgrade : carpet was badly worn and stained . Furniture war in need of update/repair. Fireplace did not work .Although maintenance did try ,but were unsuccessful in fixing the problem on Wed night . They said it would be someone to fix it the following day. Thursday arrived and no one ever showed up .

In general everything was good. Staff very polite. Our room was clean, however, it needs a deep clean. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. The washer/dryer, furnace closet did not appear to have been really cleaned in a very long time…dust was all over louvered doors and furnace and under the dryer vent had a layer of dirt. The coffee maker worked, but the hot plate very worn and stained; the area rug had stains…just not an impressive look for what we paid. Renovations were being done on outside balconies etc. That’s great, just unfortunate for our stay…the dust that was generated on balcony furniture was discouraging and the noise of machinery during the day was annoying (understandable though).
