“Never seen a continental breakfast. Carpet was not vacuumed, had to ask for towels, refrigerator/freezer was caked with ice, and the toilet did not flush well at all, tissue kept coming back into toilet. When reported to the office, they said just keep flushing it, it will eventually go down.”

“We stayed at this location and it was amazing. I have to give a big shout out to Elaine who was the lady who manages the breakfast area. She was incredible. Very nice very social very outgoing. This lady is definitely a keeper.
