Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended..”

“Lovely hotel ,good sized room ,very quiet ,excellent facilities. Great TV with extra chanels like netflix,YouTube, iplayer . Loved the outside bit ,even in winter it was nice to sit outside as the view was stunning. Plenty of tea/coffee and fresh biscuits every day . Huge clean towels ,very warm and cosy .
Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and delicious food . We had an evening meal on the first night which was also outstanding. The staff went out of their way to please you .

“The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, whilst the parking was adequate as there were few guests. “House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise.
There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,……
