You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice.
