“1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。”

“Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. Côté table, les cocktails, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement excellents. Le cadre, raffiné et au standing un peu rétro, offre une véritable bulle de douceur. Les piscines avec des horaires larges nous ont permis de nous relaxer, nous n avons pas testé le spa , ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Seul petit bémol……

Le personnels très gentils et très serviables.Les restaurants et Le petit déjeuner pour tout les goûts et à volonté . Les jardins et l'Histoire de l'hotel splendides. Les activitées offert par l'Hotel très intéressentes. Un environnement de détente idéal.”

“We had a wonderful vacation! The rooms, buildings, and pools were awesome! We ate out in town mostly but the breakfast buffet came in clutch on travel days and excursion days. It had a great selection and was pretty good. The only thing is the lunch options weren’t that great. They didn’t have a ton of Portuguese food options and I thought they would have poncha since it’s such a famous drink. But overall it was a wonderful stay and a wonderful vacation! I highly recommend!”
