“Breakfast options were minimal. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to walk stairs. Room was clean overall. Beds were decent.”

“The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

“This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned……

“The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84……

“The staff was very kind, especially the young red headed woman. Didn't get her name, but she was extremely nice. Parking was nice, very clean rooms, and breakfast was on point. Thanks for your hospitality!!!”

“The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“Booked a corner room using expedia, when we checked in the corner room was no longer available. The front desk staff did not know what happened! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! I worked the front desk at a large hotel while in college.”
