“Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay and for all of your awesome suggestions for food, drinks and entertainment. My husband, daughter and I stayed in this great little apartment. Although we didn't use the patio due to the weather it was a great little spot to talk, have drinks, or just sit and enjoy Providence. Jennifer was a great host who responded quickly and everything about the process was smooth and easy. If my daughter ends up going to Providence College, we will definitely be back!”

“Very nice. Comfortable. Clean.Good location. Good location to the city of Boston. T is just around the corner. Which made it easy for access to Boston. One exception a little noisy on the street. But it's a through street. Plus it can be noisy with upstairs neighbors. Few exceptions. Would be throw blankets. Possibly some towel hooks. Because we stayed there longer than a night. Some luggage racks. For our bags. Had to use chairs or put them on the floor. Supplies were thin. Like toilet paper……

“We enjoyed this cozy place. It was nicely stocked with our needed coffee needs. The kitchen was also stocked with utensils. A great place for the two of us to stay while visiting family and friends! We relaxed her at the end of the day before turning in. Very relaxing.”

“Superb apartment with excellent air conditioning. Great location close to good bars and restaurant in Atwell avenue . Jerry was amazing re the information as well . We will be back to both Providence and the apartments.”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……
