“The location is excellent for travel to Boston and shopping is right nearby.The space itself is rather disjointed and spread out, but with teenagers that is fine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances but not conducive to cooking. The sponge for cleaning dishes should be replaced.The bedrooms are very cozy and warm. “The 3rd story unit was so cute! AND SO CLEAN! We are from California and the kids loved the quaintness. All the rooms with wooden doors. We aren't used to old buildings and we loved it! The fire pit was a plus! I grabbed a bundle of wood and 3 paper bags at the gas station across the street and we had the best fire on night one! It was a lovely stay and great price. “We had a wonderful time. We were worried about the weather considering we went in early November, but the boat was very cozy with plenty of extra blankets and the heater worked great.We were able to walk to lots of restaurants and attractions. Loved the little kitchenette which made it possible to make our own breakfast every morning.It was such a fun experience. Highly recommend. ”

“My stay here was great. I was so surprised when I got into the room and saw that it was more spacious than I had thought it would be, especially for the low price. The bathroom was small, but it was private and all that I needed. The little kitchen area was great. There was even a hot plate that I could have used if I wanted. “A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”
