"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"This is a nice place to stay. Front desk staff amd restaurant staff are amazing. Housekeeping was a bit off. Didnt refill the coffee for my next stay and took a souvenir cup from my room. Front desk promptly fixed the issue and I got it back. Food at the restaurant was really good."

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "
