“We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room……

“Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, and everything went well. I would absolutely recommend it!”

We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ).”

“I rated it all as excellent. It was an excellent price point, staff, grounds and hotel was in great shape. I mean come on it was a free buffet of the normal hotel breakfast. It wasn't excellent but it got us through until lunch. No complaints would definitely stay again.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had trouble cooling but it was very hot out and understandable. My door wouldn’t shut tight unless pulled very hard and body wash was empty upon arrival. Otherwise the breakfast and 24/7 coffee was wonderful and I loved the seating area in the lobby to meet one on one for my work travels.”

“It had been several years since I visited a Hampton Inn. This Fultondale, AL Hampton Inn was a refreshing new design in total. The Property and Staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this Inn again. The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also.”

“This location is perfection for people traveling North on Hwy 459/59 through or from Bham. Liberty Park is lovely and manicured, as well as convenient to Hwy 280 and the gorgeous neighborhood of Mountain Brook. This particular Hilton Garden Inn is impressive for a 3-star Mo-Micro-Tel. The lobby is lovely and well appointed. When we visited, one elevator was out of service, but, they weren’t fully booked, so it didn’t cause us any real difficulty. The temperature throughout common areas was a bit……

“The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bar was very casual and comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and so was the lady at the front desk checking in. The shuttle was on time and got me to the airport in time for my flight.”
