"首先，機場接駁車不是很好等，也需要打電話到飯店確認，但還可接受， 再來到達已經接近半夜了，結果飯店找不到我訂單。足足讓我們在那裡確認來確認去一小時。訂單號碼飯店說沒有，HOTELS'COM的人說是飯店的問題。總是很像踢皮球。但是最後解決了，可是對於隔天一早還要趕飛機的我們，真的很折磨。"
