I was grateful and didn’t mind waiting however, we were there for a gymnastics meet and were hoping to settle in a room prior to my daughter’s performance. I understand it was incredibly busy and that being said every staff member I encountered was amazingly courteous and helpful. "

"Found a liquor bottle in the room. The remote for tv doesn’t work. Bathroom light flickers really bad. It’s like your in a twilight zone. There’s no option on pillows, like hard or soft ones. Not trying to be all negative but those are essential things. "
