“We stayed for 5 nights after our 2nd night we put a sign to make up room. To our surprise the room was not made up garbage cans were not emptied. Only thing done was 2 towels replaced. This happened for all 5 nights. Ice machine on all 3 floors were not working and had been out of service for a month. Never anyone at front desk, ring bell and wait up to 10 mins for someone to appear. Our last night my husband got stuck in elevator between 1st and 2nd floor He was able to get door open and……

“We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. You could tell management takes pride in their property and cares about the details, right down to providing a shoe tray to keep the carpets clean. The room is dated but so well-kept it feels new.”
